6:00 pm
do you have any idea who is coming up next on the lineup? >> the word on the street is it's diamond dan bongino. [♪♪] dan: please, i'm begging you. don't get distracted. it's not about where biden's classified documents were found, it's what's in them. we'll connect the coincidences from the laptop to russiagate. americans don't have body sovereignty, then we don't have anything. florida governor desantis is
6:01 pm
leading the way. he called it 8 months after the supreme court's draft ruling on abortion, the supreme court investigate jars admit they have to suspects on the leash. joe biden made a fool of himself, this time criticizing police officers for using deadly force to protect themselves. the media is telling you a story, not the story. they aren't the same thing. we can debate the lack of visitor logs, they are all distractions. tonight i'm going to die it together for you. the real story is what's inside
6:02 pm
the documents. that has the democrats terrified if we ever finds out. you i have no regrets, i'm following what the lawyers told me they want me to do. it's exactly what we are doing. there is no there there. >> let's be clear, it's not your decision on what i can and can't answer from here. >> brilliant. >> referring to the photograph of the biden garage. i don't know what your garage looks like. >> that does not look like a secure location. >> the tipping point was finding the classified documents in his home, in his garage. dan: if you follow the money we can connect everything from the classified documents to why the trump impeachment hoax happened. even the russiagate story.
6:03 pm
this is based on facts. during obama's administration, ukraine was a piggy bank for lobbyists and elites eager to peddle influence in washington. it was a piggy bank for funneling dirty money from ukraine into washington. everybody knows it. joe biden wanted a piece of that. when putin threatened ukraine, biden was the point man. according to the post, joe biden wanted to send weapons to ukraine but was overruled by obama? hunter biden, his son with zero experience on the matter whatsoever was on the board of a ukrainian energy company called burisma. it's not about the media telling you a story.
6:04 pm
it's about the story, follow the money. but burisma was being investigated by a ukrainian prosecutor, papa joe openly talked about withholding financial aid if the ukrainian prosecutor wasn't fired. you may have seen it before. but pay close attention to the end of it. >> i said i am leaving in six hours and if the prosecutor isn't fired you are not getting the money. son of a [bleep] he got fired. they made some genuine substantial changes institutionally and with people. in one of the three institutions there is now to backsliding. so when we left the first thing i spent a lot of time as did mike, because this was his territory. dan: it was mike's territory while he's on stage, joe biden bragging about getting a
6:05 pm
prosecutor fired. who is mike. he's talking about the guy sitting next to him on stage. michael carpenter. he used to work for the department of defense for russia and ukraine. he's the same one with the person biden center. the same guy who worked for obama's d.o.d. on ukraine runs biden's think tank? we are still following the money. here is another coincidence. don't you think it's weird the doj said they were at the biden residence for the classified document search. why weren't they at the penn-d-biden center.
6:06 pm
a lobbyist named darya. why does this matter in she and her group according to reports coordinated with the u.s. embassy to pressure ukrainian prosecutors to stop investigating the soros group. they allegedly had a do not prosecute list. and there was a do prosecute list they wanted. remember russiagate, the hoax that began when the same group targeted p paul manafort for his financial dealing in ukraine? then another soros-related group hired. it's not about a story, it's
6:07 pm
about the story. here is another outstanding key understand against centered on hunter biden, and joe biden's grift in ukraine. "politico," about ukrainians targeting trump to keep him from getting elected. in 2017? why did they not want him in office? maybe because some of them knew trump knew about the ukrainian piggy bank the biden's were par advertising. but when they failed to tomorrow trump they had to impeach him. aka the links to joe and hunter biden. out comes a whistleblower and the phone call with the alleged quid pro quo. >> donald j. trump once again the president of the united
6:08 pm
states is in big trouble. >> historic news from capitol hill. house speaker nancy pelosi announcing a normal impeachment inquiry. if there is in this whistleblower's documents terrible evidence of the president's corruption. >> the whistleblower's memo about the call says the official described the call as crazy, frightening. dan: here comes as if on cue, our ukrainian friend again running george soarp rose' group parrots the same talking points as the whistleblower who oddly enough she reportedly met with in 2015 at the white house. another outstanding key coincid. does it expose what biden was up
6:09 pm
to taking advantage of the ukrainian piggy bank through his son. was biden act as a foreign agent in monetary sense? see why hunter's financial support of his father is sow important. it was a piggy bank and biden wanted a piece. a did a little quick white board summation of the biden scandal. it's called the guide to scandal. ukraine gave money to hunter despite having no skills. hunter certain money to dad. dad then lobbies for ukraine for both weapons and money to ukraine. hard? you need a picture of it? i can put it on my instagram.
6:10 pm
now do you understand why the democrats want everyone distracted about whether joe biden should have classified documents? they don't care about classified documents, they don't want us to know what's in them because it could expose one of the biggest scandals in u.s. history. here to react, turning point founder charlie kirk. this is a scandal the fact that exphchina what ukraine are funng money to biden. >> what assurances do we have that this is past tense. ukraine is -- is very much in vogue right now. you are not exactly dealing with the most sophisticated
6:11 pm
criminals. it's clear the more we look into this, their pattern of behavior shows and demonstrates they never thought they would be investigated. they truly believed they were part of a permanent american ruling class, a king for lifetime soft invisible pardon and i can act however i want, even if he's selling out the country, our geopolitics and national security. how much of our current right now our own decisions are being impacted by previous decisions and business deals that were done by the biden family? this is the greatest civilizational importance and almost silence from the entire media. dan: i don't believe it's a coincidence, "the washington post" reported on hunter's deals
6:12 pm
with china. and they dumb and espionage charge against china. florida is leading the way in freedom. >> 764 per person, compare that with the federal debt which is $31 trillion. 91,000 dollars for every american. dan: governor desantis reacts to the latest media attacks againsorkit him in three minute. we're investing for our clients in the projects that power our economy. from the plains to the coasts, we help americans invest for their future.

jackie: this is a fox news alert. a department of justice search of president biden's home in wilmington, delaware has turned up more classified documents that date from his time in the senate and others from his time as vice president. a protest turning violent earlier tonight at the atlanta police foundation headquarters. demonstrators broke windows in

buildings and police cars. police say explosives were used to set fire to a police vehicle. a dozen people were arrested. the protests come after an activist who fired a gun at a state trooper was shot to death. you are watching the most powerful name in news, fox news channel. dan: welcome back to "unfiltered." once a government takes away your rights, have fun getting them back. governor desantis is taking steps to secure our body sovereignty and medical freedom. and protect workers who refuse to take it jab. governor ron desantis joins us now. you were ruthlessly attacked by
6:18 pm
the media with horrible names like death santis. your approach to the pandemic was right. >> dan, look, it used to be textbook pandemic preparedness that you keep things going. that's what we tried to do in florida having kids in school was important. but what we did better than anyone, we protected our citizens against this vaccine used as a weapon. we banned vaccine passports almost two years ago. the powers that be from biden on down wanted to marginalize people from society if you didn't take it and deny you the right to earn a living and keep kids from going to school if they didn't take it. we protected them and their
6:19 pm
ability too participate in society. this coming legislative session we are going to make all those protections permanent. and we'll add protections so you can't be fired from your job. but some businesses are treating people differently based on whether they have had an mfra booster. and you and i know these boosters don't protect people from getting infected. we are bringing rationality to this matter. and that's one of the reasons we have done well and why people have responded to our leadership. dan: if you win by one point it's a landslide in florida. if you win by 20, it's a cosmic level lake a marvel avenger. you really took it to those woke companies. turns out the nhl was trying to hold a minorities only career
6:20 pm
summit. i thought segregation and discriminating by race was a bad idea. >> we say florida is where woke goes to die. part of that means we believe people should be treated as individuals. we are against racial discrimination, but that's all discrimination. we are not going to indulge in this woke conceit that it's okay to discriminate against some people. we made it clear to the nhl they were in violation of our laws and they reversed quickly. society is better when we are all treated not as groups. dan: they are going after you again like the ridiculous don't say gay bill which didn't say

that at all. it has to get old for you. >> it has been a four-year cycle of we'll take strong action. the media and the left will have a spasm. they will say the heavens are going to fall down. then two or three months later they will move on and say the governor was right. higher education though, we believe in florida. it's about academic excellence and the pursuit of truth. we don't believe higher education should be for social justice or impose an ideology on the student. that's a different approach for us than most colleges in our country. but it's the approach i think most floridians want to see and what's best for florida students. we are excited taking on these issues. not many people have been able to do that and we are doing it in florida. dan: we love what you are doing

dan: welcome back to "unfiltered." surprise surprise. the supreme court has no idea who leaked the dobbs opinion 8 months ago. remember this? >> the scotus leaker on the dobbs case. how many people are suspects or locked up in custody? do we have any? no. the answer is a goose egg, zero. here we go, more unsolved mysteries. we can add this to the cold case board. here are other unsolved mysteries. the dnc pipe bomber? who is that. the paul pelosi attack timeline, still don't knowp. the las vegas shooter's motive. we still don't know. joining me "fox and friends weekend" co-host and detective

6:29 pm
they have video of someone planting it from all angles. they don't want us to find it. it's troubling, you would think justice roberts would maybe want it. but who doesn't. i don't know. it's enough for those of us rubes to look out and say it's rigged. dan: you have got attracted lineup for "fox and friends" tomorrow. coming up, first the left creates a crisis. >> the science is showing us having a gas stove in a small apartment especially with bad ventilation is like having a car idling there. dan: if you dared to notice it's a right wing culture war conspiracy.

a right-wing nut job conspiracy. owning nothing, getting rid of cars, getting rid of meat. nothing to see here. >> we have a lot of districts in europe where you don't need a car because all the activities, school, buying something, everything you can do in walking distance. by doing that, people don't buy a car. >> so i stopped eating meat, the brazilian people stopped eating meat. it has a big impact. not only does it have a big impact on the food system, but it will inspire innovation of the food systems. >> what about the war on gas stoves? after the left started talking about banning gas stoves, conservatives like me were
6:36 pm
painted as conspiracy theorists for daring to notice what they were up to. >> the science is showing us that having a gas stove in a small apartment especially with bad ventilation is like having a car idling there. >> oh, my god. this is an issue that you look and you want to see how politics gets crazy. this gas stove thing. you get some bureaucrat saying something that has no power. then suddenly you have are desantis -- i'm going to protect your gas stove. it's so stupid. dan: that's joe scarborough. he looked weird. he looked like he was wetting his diaper. it wasn't us who started this. it was them trying to ban gas

stoves. they are calling their own agenda a conspiracy theory. the left calls for gas stoves to be band, then they call us conspiracy theorists for pointing out that the left is working to ban gas stoves. once something no longer sticks as a conspiracy theory, then the left moves on. it's a right-wing culture war attack. the world economic forum has been a gold mine for things like that this week. the moderate democrat senator joe manchin and what he really thinks about the open press and the first amendment. >> the problem we have is the open press system and all the platforms. if you are able to have five social platforms you can basically personify the extremes, somebody who is
